To promote exchange among primary and secondary school principals in the Kowloon City District and to advocate for the culture of emerging sports, the Kowloon City District School Principals' Liaison Committee organised a "Pickleball Experience Day" at Tang King Po School on February 25, 2026. The event attracted as many as 13 principals from different schools in the district to participate in person, creating a lively atmosphere. After attentively listening to professional coaches explain the basic rules and grip techniques, the principals immediately engaged in warm-up exercises and friendly matches. The crisp sound of paddles hitting the balls mingled with continuous laughter on the scene. Temporarily setting aside their busy administrative duties, the principals thoroughly enjoyed the joy of sports in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, fully demonstrating the vibrant side of education professionals. Participating principals expressed that emerging sports can help inspire thinking and that, in the future, consideration could be given to introducing such new sports into the school campus to encourage students to cultivate diverse exercise habits and promote physical and mental health development.
