Coach Trainer Development Program

Transform your passion for sports into a rewarding career. The Professional Pickleball Association of Hong Kong offers comprehensive, subsidized coach training—taking you from complete beginner to certified instructor in over 20 hours.

The program is offered at a subsidized rate of HK$6,800 (a 40% discount from the standard HK$9,200 fee) and includes 20 hours of training, all materials, certification, equipment, mentorship, and access to teaching opportunities. Upon completion of the training, you will receive a coaching certificate issued by PPAHK and an international coaching certificate issued by IPTPA.

Exceptional Value with 40% Subsidy：For example, the original price for our 20+hours training workshop is HKD $9,200. After the subsidy, coaches pay only HKD $6,800.

Guaranteed Teaching Hours: A minimum of 40 hours of teaching work guaranteed in your first year. Coaching fees are set at HKD $400 to $500 per hour.

Equipment & Competition Support: Financial support for sports equipment and competition registration fees.

Complimentary Facility Access: Coaches can enjoy at least 1 hour of free access to training facilities and venues per week. Professional Development: Access to our ongoing long-term coach development and training programs.
